Yoga – All Levels

Build strength and flexibility through this alignment focused class. Postures are experienced on a deeper level through long holds and focus on alignment and muscular engagement. Through the engagement of the muscles that support the postures, more stability and flexibility can be achieved in a safe and strength building way. The flow of the breath with movements both choreographed and of an organic nature are also incorporated throughout the class.
