Intuitive Asana to Restorative

Erin will use her gift of intuition and background as a healer, to feel into what postures will best serve the class on any given day. The asana portion of this class will range from never leaving the floor, to a gentle flow depending on the needs and energy of the class. The class will then transition into a guided restorative practice designed to deeply relax the body and continue to quite the mind. You will enjoy the balance your mind, body, and spirit experience.
