Erin combines her training as a certified yoga teacher and her passion for understanding the body to provide classes that move and flow intelligently while helping to strengthen her student’s mind/body connection. She invites her students to feel the postures in their bodies by providing alignment guidance through her cues and physical assists. Her goal is to provide a balanced class that provides equal parts strength building, alignment within the body, and a deepening of the mind, body, soul connection.

She will work with you to figure out what will best serve your body and its specific physical needs.

In this style of yoga, you are held and supported by blankets, blocks, bolsters, and pillows while being guided through meditations designed to relax the body and take you on an inner journey back into alignment with your true nature. This practice is deeply stress-relieving which can help improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and boost immunity.
