Mindful Movement Class

A movement class that brings yoga to you…mindfully. Join Erin online (wherever you are) for a well-rounded experience that brings you back home to your body.
Each class is intuitively created to match the energy and focus of all who are attending. You will experience a variety of movements that include feeling the alignment of poses in your body, flowing various postures together, finding organic movement in the holds, yin yoga poses and restorative yoga poses. We will always end with Savasana.
While moving mindfully and staying connected to your breath, you’ll likely find yourself feeling very present as well as building strength, flexibility and a feeling of ease in the alignment of your poses.
