Join Erin the alignment junkie in this yoga and Bow Spring play shop. We will combine the static, linear focused postures of yoga with the spiral, bouncy, curvy nature of Bow Spring. Bow Spring provides a deep full body opening of the fascial network, while yoga targets deep stretch of the muscles. We will open our fascia through the Bow Spring allowing the muscles to get a deeper and more targeted stretch in the yoga postures. We will play with alignment of both combining it when possible. Come learn something new and feel your body in new and interesting ways.
